Job Scope:

• Prepare, compile data and generate Fault related reports
• Verify data from Fault Department
• Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques
• Identify trends on system degradation and optimize maintenance activities
• Handle failure analysis activities and reporting
• To monitor system and infrastructure availability, conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions
• Maintain Maintenance database and files
• Monitor and test application performance for potential faults / issues
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Higher / Nitec in Engineering
• No experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel)
• Able to work on rotating Shift, on Weekend & PH

Other Information:

• Working Hour: 5 Days Rotating Shifts including Weekend & PH (7am to 4.30pm / 1pm to 10pm)
• Salary: Up to $2700 + AWS + VB
• Location: Macpherson
