Key Responsibilities:

2. Education background: Minimum O Level and above

3. Multitask – Logging tickets, checking KBs while on the call

4. First call resolution expertise to close the call at CSO level.

5. Experience in dealing with Member of Public, Government/ IMDA/GovTech Contact Centre /

Service Desk agents are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to raise material and equipment requisition for construction project operations team
• Administer purchasing function according to accompany procedure, which may include obtaining quotations and item details for requisition, obtain approval for these requisitions and liaise with central procurement for order
• To communicate with supplier on product availability and delivery
• Verifies purchase requisitions by project team; clarifying unclear items recommending alternatives.
• Receipt of material or accounting for deliveries and stock
• Arrange logistics to incoming deliveries
• Arrange collection of materials e.g concrete cubes
• Perform Lifting Supervision (opportunity to be trained certified lifting Supervisor
• Forklift/ Manitou Operator (opportunity to be trained certified operator)
• Administer Goods receive and entry into procurement central system before filing
• Track an arrange machinery, equipment and vehicle for preventive maintenance service and repair.
• When project site organization do not have a designated driver, task may include sending workers to and from between dormitory and project site and buying meals for workers in such situations. This may be outside standard working hours.
• To cover duty for project representation by local staff for Sunday/ public holiday work depending on specific project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N or O level qualification
• At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in construction
• A valid class 3 driver’s license will be an advantage
• Computer Literacy
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement and maintain the Safety & Health Management System (SHMS)
• Support departments to review their risk assessments to identify foreseeable hazards and risks as well as propose reasonably practicable measures to eliminate/reduce the risks to as low as reasonably practicable
• Conduct and manage the WSH Committee Inspections & Meetings as well as other safety & health site inspections to create a safe working environment and follow-up to close findings raised
• Develop and conduct Safety & Health related Trainings to relevant personnel (employees/contractors) to enhance their safety knowledge & awareness to carry out the work safely
• Conduct incident investigations and ensure proper closure of the corrective actions
• Support Fire Safety Manager (FSM) on Emergency Response & Fire Safety related matters and act as backup during the absence of FSM
• Support the Safety Case Lead and relevant departments in the preparation of Safety Case
• Any other duties as assigned by Factory Manager/ Senior Regional Safety Manager

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering and 2-3 years working experience in a process manufacturing industry
• Certified and registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO)
• Candidate who possesses Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate and Safety & Health related trainings will have added advantage
