Location: East

Working hours: 5 Days | Office hour

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors regarding drawings, samples, and method statements, and keep all parties informed of changes.

- Attend project/technical meetings, resolve site issues with owners/consultants for smooth progress.

- Verify on-site work complies with approved drawings/specifications, ensuring subcontractor rectifications for non-compliance.

- Hold weekly M&E meetings with subcontractors to ensure proper work sequence and avoid clashes in site activities.

- Promptly address site issues with consultants/subcontractors/suppliers to minimize construction delays.

- Ensure documentation is updated for ISO audit readiness.

- Collaborate with the safety department and fulfill assigned duties within the safety framework.

- Coordinate with consultants and contractors for combined services/equipment testing to prepare the site for authorities' inspection.

Requirement:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of workingn experience in building construction industry

• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget the time required to meet deadlines, ensuring efficient planning.
• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites as necessary, maintaining an organized workforce.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, along with other regulations, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, fostering clear communication channels.
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses, addressing regulatory requirements for seamless project execution.
• Direct and supervise workers, studying job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods and taking proactive measures to address delays, bad weather, or emergencies at the construction site.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 8 years of construction project management experience in the M&E related field, preferably with LTA project experience
