Responsibilities:

• Establish, and supervise strategies for different departments regarding nutrition initiatives.
• Develop a plan, explain the qualities and advantages of the product, and create marketing narratives for all media platforms
• Implement marketing strategies, product life cycles, and commercial innovations for new product launches.
• Examine trends, competitor market research, and industry practices for development of products.
• Gather important insights from analytics data to inform the creation of future campaigns and go-to-market plans, along with official suggestions and ideas.
• Provide concepts on marketing campaigns, budgets, and strategies.
• Establish and track sales targets in relation to actual sales and stock levels
• Provide instructions to ensure that new product content is announced and marketed consistently across all media platforms.
• Organize product programs and events with skilled speakers and sales abilities.
• Arrange training sessions for products.
• Effectively handle remarks and complaints.
• Ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• At least 5 – 6 years of marketing experience in nutritional, wellness or health related industry
• Prior Nutritionist or Health Coach background will be an added advantage

Job Description

.Liaise and assist Managing Director in responding to request for quotation from prospective clients both local and overseas

· Manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation and response to tender clarifications and amendments involved and attends tender meetings leading to award of tenders.

· Prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and reviews commercial aspects of contract and agreement with clients & sub-contractors

· Assist the Project Managers in preparation of monthly progress payment and ensure successful claim of progress payment

· Attend site meetings with Project Staff as and when required

· Assist Project Managers in preparation of variation order and keep comprehensive record on work alteration and design amendment etc

· Liaise closely with Main Contractor and Client’s Q/S in regard to claims and negotiation of claims and finalization of account

· Prepared budgets and cash flow projection in conjunction with Directors, Project Managers and Financial Controller

· Assist in negotiation of sub-contractors packages and preparation of sub-contractor or supplier agreement letters

· Analyze scope of work in project and contract for effective contract administration in conjunction with interpretation of architectural and shop drawings

· Liaise with Financial Controller and in conjunction with Project Managers control

· Monitor Project cost and prepare general financial administration

· Report example Cost history for contract negotiation and budget

· Other Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities

· Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.

. Candidates with QS or Contracts background is advantageous.

. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

· At Least 5 years of Experience in Civil Works.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice

· Able to handle full set of accounts

· Handle quarterly GST submission and receivables

· Perform Accounts Payable function (i.e process invoices and payments)

· Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations & etc

· Prepare monthly management reports

· Preparation of year end statutory financial statements

· Preparing documents for annual audits and liaising with auditors

· Liaise and communicate with bankers and internal related departments

· Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards

· Preparation of corporate tax computation

· Preparation of annual budget

· Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

· Prepare software Skills MYOB Software , IFCA ,Others

· Accounting experience in the Property Development industry would be an advantage

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-8 years' experience in information security and IT risk management.
• Experience in evaluation and design of technical architectures and processes
• Functional as well as technical knowledge of the common architecture and Cybersecurity frameworks and solutions
• Strong knowledge in secure development and SSDLC processes
• Knowledge of the Norms and Standards of the banking and cybersecurity industry
