The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a population-based health research initiative at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. SPHS aims to investigate the interactions between lifestyle, physiological, genetic and other omics biomarkers and their impact on health and longevity. In addition, SPHS will serve as a platform to monitor risk factors in the population and gain insight into determinants of health-related behaviours. Lead a team of warehouse and administration staff to perform warehousing operations.

Oversees all inbound and outbound activities, warehouse operations and Organisation

Perform day to day operations

Report on any stock discrepancies

Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilisation

Conduct stock take periodically

Forklift license required

Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience

Possession of Forklift License is a must

Able to communicate in Mandarin - to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues & vendors

Able to handle heavy load of goods.

Upkeep cleanliness and maintenance of vehicle and send it for servicing when required

Liaise with relevant departments on daily operations.

Monday-Saturday Half Day, 5.5 Days

Monday: 9am-6pm, Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm
