· The engineer/scientist in manufacturing operations is responsible for execution of the manufacturing process in a multi-product cGMP facility capable of manufacturing commercial, clinical and development stage gene therapy products. Additional roles include using operational and technical knowledge to lead troubleshooting activities, tech transfer and start-up activities, investigations, analyse process data, and identify and implement moderately complex process improvements.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Leading relevant process activities including protein purification or cell culture operations (depending on the background of the candidate), solution formulation, and equipment preparation (set-up, CIP, SIP) by following established SOP’s.

· Leading the setup and evaluation of unit operations, executions, and changeover (daily and long-term)

· Troubleshooting of complex process disturbances, identifying resolution and implementing corrective and preventive measures, as require

· Real time assessment of process performance and predictive analysis with identification of course correction (if required).

· Individual will provide subject matter expertise in supporting process and author product related investigations, execute CAPAs, and provide impact assessment of complex process and equipment change controls to ensure a robust and capable solution with minimal supervision.

· Individual will help to ensure the equipment and facilities are maintained in a GMP compliant state at all times.

· The individual will be responsible for leading within the department as well as other departments to plan, communicate, and coordinate activities.

· Individual will assist in leading the inventorying, tracking, maintenance scheduling, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.

The Project assistant is a key member of our health screening team at the clinic.

He/she plays an integral role is ensuring the success of every screening throug support various job functions and delivering good customer service.

We welcome candidates who are able to commit to a regular basis.

He/she may be deployed to various roles depending on headcount and ground needs.

Various Roles and Responsibilities (deployed depending on ground needs):

1. Ushering: Greet participants. Give out the appropriate forms for participants to fill. Direct participants to the sitting area and be proactive is supporting the team in other functions when available

2. Registration: Register customers at the counter, collect payment and answer general questions. Ensure transactions are accurate

3. Biometrics Measurements: Conduct blood pressure, height and weight, vision checks and body composition measurements for participants. Ensure clear, proper and accurate recording

REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable and Punctual
• Comfortable to commute island wide for events
• No experience is required as training will be provided.
• Min GCE A level or Diploma in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good customer service
• Hours may vary based on location, volume and needs.

Responsibilities:

• To communicate and collaborate with consultants and subcontractors
• To organize meetings and daily briefings for site workers
• To provide guidance for site workers
• To review all installation drawings and create the necessary schedules
• To oversee work progress, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• To conduct testing and commissioning at the job site

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in related field, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good supervision skills
• Able to read and draw electrical diagrams, etc.

• Generate monthly reports on credit usage and identify opportunities for renewal and retention.
• Implement and maintain efficient workflows and systems to streamline customer service operations.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the education or language training sector. Leadership experience is a plus.

• Self-motivated and dedicated, with a passion for enhancing customer experiences and achieving results.
