Our Client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Cost Accountant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – Easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Costing functions such as standard cost amortization, variance analysis, cost summary review
• Maintain and update Annual cost into the Oracle System
• Responsible for AR collection, credit limit, invoice transmission, dispute resolution, cash application distributor’s Ship and Debit claims.
• Take part and assist in inventory and distributors audits also to liaise with auditors when necessary
• Responsible for POS review, upload, validation and manage accruals.
• Assist in System implementation and projects when needed
• Any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned

Requirements

• Min Degree in accounting or Chartered Accountant, MBA, CPA or Institute of Cost Accountants (ICMAI)
• Min 4 years of experience in a manufacturing industry will be added bonus.
• Good excel skills (Pivot table, Vlookup, etc.) will be added bonus

Job Description:

· To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations and safety requirements.

· To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

· To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, and other Consultants employed by Developer.

· To attend Main contractor’s daily toolbox briefings, conduct regular site safety inspections, and prepare report of observation and follow up on the rectification.

· To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance.

· To familiarize with the risks and control measures related to each work activity.

· To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.

Requirement:

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 3 years with developer/main contractor

· Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 5 years

· Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent

· Good communication skills and team player

· Must be able to clear any internal security checks conducted by the Singapore Government

· Class 3 Qualified Driving License

• Up to $3,600 Basic + bonus/ 5workday.
• 1 year contract position at Tampines area, contract may renew or convert to permanent role subject to performance.
