Administrative Support:

Organize and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and records.

Prepare and manage sales presentations, proposals, sales quotations, and sales orders.

Follow-up on status of Sales Quotation and Sales Orders.

Prepare and distribute sales-related reports as needed.

Order Processing:

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Coordinate with the warehouse or shipping department to track and manage order fulfillment.

Monitor, update and check sales order backlog against customer request delivery time & quantities

Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.

Data Management:

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Coordinate with the procurement or production team to meet customer demands.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication channels between various departments, ensuring seamless coordination.

Communicate changes in pricing, product availability, or promotions to the customers

Other Responsibilities:

- Be open to taking on ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the department head

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3+ years' experience in sales related role and or customer service

Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

• Assist with loading and offloading of materials from the vehicle
• Perform transportation duties as assigned by supervisors and carry out the duties diligently as per instructed
• Ferry workers and/or construction materials to required work sites
• Safely transport workers, products, and materials to/fro specified location in a timely manner
• Carry out daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Possess a valid class 3 driving license
• At least 1 year of driving experience
• Able to work overtime (payable) when required
• Able to commit to a 6-day work week
• Able to work in shifts
• Familiar with Singapore roads and use of navigation apps

Administer all work yard operations and ensure compliance to safety policies.

Maintain neat and clean yard at all times.

Develop and implement yard fire protection programs to ensure fire safety.

Maintain optimal level of customer services and assist to resolve all customer issues.

Supervise all customer and company staff in all yard operations.

Hire and train staff to develop and achieve all work objectives and evaluate performance on a regular basis.

Perform appraisals for staff, evaluate work and recommend changes as required.

Perform survey and analyze results to implement all safe work procedures.

Coordinate with supervisor and receive all materials and prepare necessary paperwork for same.

Ensure proper handling of all materials and store it appropriately.

Monitor inventory of yard supplies and place purchase orders as necessary.

Perform routine and non routine maintenance on equipments and prepare report to submit to store manager.

Monitor loading of materials to ensure safe transfer to other stores.

Coordinate with other departments and investigate accidents and indentify root cause of damage.

Monitor work of employees and initiate disciplinary actions as required.
