A Supervisor’s primary goal is to ensure the group of employees under their supervision perform well and get the feedback they need to address any areas of improvement. Their duties and responsibilities include:
- Creating team schedules and delegating tasks to ensure proper workflow
- Continuously monitoring employee performance and identifying areas of improvement
- Establishing company goals and objectives for employees, and ensuring their performance is in line with those
- Assessing employee performance and providing performance reviews to human resource and senior managers
- Ensuring team members meet deadlines for key projects and tasks
- Addressing any concerns or issues identified by team members
- Screening and assessing new candidates
- Providing training and overseeing the orientation of new employees to get them up to speed on the policies and procedures within the company
And responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery site
Ensure smooth job operations
Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
Other duties as assigned
To resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
To plan and coordinate interdisciplinary works.
To prepare the design and technical specifications for tenders.
Coordinate all related construction matters with subcontractor/consultant/client.
Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the Deputy General Manager/General Manager
Requirements:
Muat be Able to read and write in English is a plus
and also need to know MS word , excel , power point mus need good knowledgeable.
And Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
Can work well in a team
Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
