Human Resource
· Administer and maintain all the employees’ database in the Human Resource Information System
· Support all leave and benefits administration, including monthly payroll processing
· Assist in Recruitment efforts by coordinating the interview logistics, managing recruitment pipelines and job posting sites.
· Schedule, co-ordinate and conduct orientation program for new hires
· Responsible for all onboarding and offboarding checks and processes, including updating of BCP contact list
· Administrator of Global Learning Management System, uploading training materials and keeping track of employee’ training records
· Responsible for company’s sponsored training programs and roll out mandatory training programs by the Group Learning Team
· Support Government agencies and Group survey/reports
· Keep proper filing and housekeeping of all HR documents and records.
Office Administration
· Administer office Access cards and Lockers
· Organize corporate event.
· Support Travel arrangements for corporate events and ad-hoc cases when the demand arise.
· Verify incoming invoices, liaise with related parties on differentiation, ensure timely submission to Finance.
Attend to IT related matters for daily HR & Admin operation.
Requirements
· Degree/Diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR admin support functions
· Candidate with Payroll experience preferred.
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
· Meticulous in data management and filing, in a timely and systematic manner
· A mature team player with good Interpersonal and communication skills
· IT Savvy
