• Manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Assist the Managers and/or Supervisors in ensuring that the Steps of Service are met and executed by all restaurant staff members.

· Arrange & supervise daily job duties of team members. · Conduct quality checks on work done by workers. · Assist in the execution of any assigned projects. · Lead a small team independently. · Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Job Requirements · At least 3 years of supervisory experience in process / construction industry. · Willing to work as and when required. · Willing to step up and take over the operator in the event of shortage of manpower.
