ROLE: Restaurant Supervisor

Job Description:
You will be responsible for welcoming our guests, guiding them to available seating area/s in a restaurant setting, presenting our menu and assist in recommending meal bundles/promotions, taking and delivering their food & beverage orders, help answer any queries as well as perform cashiering duties if/when required.
- Follow the standards of service as per requirements and training
- Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all our guests
- Recommend and promote meal items to our guests, as well as advise them on any ongoing promotions
- Taking and promptly serving of orders, including food & beverages to our guests; cross-checking with both guests and back-of-house teams (kitchen and bar) to ensure accuracy of orders
- Inputting of orders into the point-of-service (POS) system and settling of bills
- Assist to clear and prepare tables for meals e.g., topping up of cutleries and/or condiments, as and when required
- Assist to supervise and train part-time service crew
- Any other skill-development and/or reasonable ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years related working experience in a similar restaurant or Food & Beverage (F&B) establishment would be good but not necessary as training and guidance will be provided
*If you do not have prior experience or training, we welcome your application if you are genuinely keen to learn, grow and develop as we have a long and positive track record of developing our entry-level Service Crew into Supervisors, Assistant Restaurant Managers, Restaurant Managers and Multi-Outlet Managers
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) will be good to have, but not a requirement
*If you do not possess a valid food hygiene certificate, the Company will arrange the training and certification as part of your training program
- Good communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills i.e., team player
- Good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details
- Honest willingness to learn, grow and develop with the Company
- Flexible 5 to 6 days weekly rostering (including weekends and public holidays) from 8am - 10pm
