• Ensure sufficient staffing levels are in place to cover all absence and holiday dates.
• Ensure sufficient stock levels of consumables and chemical products are controlled.
• Highlight staff training needs and carryout where necessary
• To liaise with customers and staff for the purpose of giving and receiving feedback.
• To ensure working areas are free from slips, trips and fall hazards and that all Health & Safety requirements are met
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment is in good working order and report any faults, maintain an inventory of equipment.

Logistics Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of logistic driver in transportation, receiving & delivery flow and customer service.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct (COD) and customer is satisfied.
• Delivery schedule arrangement.
• Manage to loading, transporting, and delivering goods to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Service on goods to deliver.
• Providing the excellent and quality customer service skill and adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws, ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintain a safe driving record.

Job Requirement：

• Valid Class 3 or Class 4 Singapore Driving license.
• Good driving record. Minimum 3-4 years Driving experience
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.
• Minimum GCE O'Level
• Able to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
