You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.

Job Description

• Assist site manager on day to day operation and paperwork
• Training for new staff
• Manage customer service delivery
• Well-Versed in Microsoft office (Excel, words, powerpoint)
• Operate point of sales system

• Assist & manage site general cleaning

· Supervise multiple teams of cleaners in multiple cleaning projects

· Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards and provide guidance when necessary

· Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower

· Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications

· Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality

· Interact and handle complaints and feedbacks and build relationships with customers

· Inspection the condition of all cleaning equipment

· Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct geotechnical investigations and site evaluations to assess soil and rock conditions for construction projects.
• Develop and implement geotechnical exploration programs, including field work, laboratory analysis, and reporting.
• Perform settlement calculations.
• Prepare geotechnical reports and recommendations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Workplace Safety & Health regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance on geotechnical issues throughout the construction process.
• Conduct geotechnical inspections and assessments of project sites, offering practical solutions to challenges encountered.
• Review and interpret geotechnical data, and other related documentation.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to geotechnical specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address geotechnical concerns and ensure project success.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and best practices in geotechnical engineering, and share knowledge within the team members.
• Other related tasks as assisigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering (Construction ) or a related field is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or actively working towards obtaining licensure.
• Min of 3 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering and construction.
• Understanding of geotechnical exploration techniques and foundation design principles.
• Proficiency in conducting stability analyses, settlement calculations, and geotechnical inspections.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement geotechnical exploration programs, including field work analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address geotechnical challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and actively contribute to the success of projects.
• Previous experience working with construction companies ( R & R) or consulting agencies is highly desirable.
