Responsibilities

* Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

* Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

* Oversee and coach employees

* Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

* Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Roles & Responsibilities :

• To assist Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Specialist in screeding, tiling, pebble wash, brickworks skills.
• To coordinate among sub-contractors and workers.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.

Requirements :

• Min 6 years and above of relevant working experience in the building construction industry
• Independent with good communication skills and leadership quality to supervise workers
• Positive working attitude and a team player
• Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage
