· Assist in implementing Quality System on site.

· Follow up and monitor Contractors QAQC issues for timely close out.

· Ensure timely delivery of all construction material.

· Review daily reports from vendors and ensure all daily activities are properly recorded in the reports prior to circulation to Project Director/Manager.

Safety

· Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.

· Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting and provide detail coordination with subcontractors.

· Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

(4) Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Good technical knowledge in current construction technologies.

· Good understanding of general construction methods and in areas of building and structural details; working drawings.

· Familiar with MS, Primavera and other software to develop construction schedule.

· Time management skill with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly

• Manage daily manpower deployment schedule and duties assignment
• Represent management and assist supervisor to communicate and rectify daily work matter with client's management as required
• Prepare daily operation performance report inclusive of risk assessment (if required)
• Ensure that all protocol and safe work procedures are adhered by all staff on site daily

• Willing to work on public holiday or rotating shift
• Certification on risk assessment and workplace safety will be an advantage
• Willing to work night shift and split shift or rotating shift, if required.
