Job Purpose

As an ASCT you will support the swimming teacher during swimming lessons. You will help teach our Kindergarten and Primary School students to develop swimming skills, technique and confidence in the water. You will lead sub-groups of the class. You will lead learn to swim, developmental and competitive swim squads during CCA and morning sessions. As a pool supervisor, you will supervise the lessons in the pool as an observer to ensure safe practice.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Duties as ASCT

· To deliver lessons, ensuring adherence to the values and vision of GESS

· To plan appropriate tasks for swimmers based on the objectives of the lesson

Duties as Pool Supervisor

· Observe classes and activities at the pool to maintain a safe learning environment.

· Be on watch for any students in distress and act accordingly

· Be the first response first aider, and manage appropriately (there is a full time first aid team on campus for any incidents)

Knowledge and Experience

· Applicants should hold recognised swimming certifications (ASCA Level 2 or equivalent preferred)

• Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.

• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.

• Ensuring that all accounting processes align with FRS and current financial legislations.

• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.

• Meet financial accounting objectives

• Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.

• Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry.

Accounting Manager Requirements:

• Both Master’s degree in commerce (M.Com) with accounting / finance subjects and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA).

• Proven working experience in accounting position

• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.

• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

• High level of efficiency and accuracy.

• Ability to direct and supervise

• Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.

• Exceptional math skills.

As part of BOSCH’s business expansion strategy, our Security Solutions Business Unit is seeking for a technical competent Service Systems Engineer to join our team in Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Control of Inventory:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.
• Implement and enforce proper inventory management procedures, including cycle counts.
• Issue, post, transfer, and assemble build-in stock in the inventory system.
• Check receipt entries, cancellations, and returns of Purchase Orders (PO) in the system.

2. Kitting Production Planning:

• Generate and communicate production schedules and raw material procurement plans.
• Control inventory levels to meet production needs.
• Oversee daily production operations.
• Plan production to meet scheduled targets.
• Ensure accuracy of stock and inventory levels.
• Meet project requirements with timely and efficient inventory and production management.
