RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Worker works in the field of Social Work. He/She is qualified and trained to provide interventions and programs, perform community development work and uplift the professional practice in Social Work. He/She conducts casework and group work as well as implements and evaluates community development activities and programs to address service gaps in the community. He/She provides supervision to his subordinates.

A team player who is committed and service-oriented, the Social Worker works in institutional settings, communities, social service agencies, and hospitals. He also works in collaboration with other agencies and ministries in the course of his work.

The Accounts Executive reports to the Finance Manager to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/She covers duties such as work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll or other accounting tasks. He/She works specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes. He/She assists with the preparation of trial balance, basic financial statements and simple consolidated financial statements. He/She may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (60%)

• Processing of all supplier invoices compliance with goods/service received in the Finance System.
• Ensuring all invoices have a copy of the acknowledge signed delivery order.
• Preparing cheque payment with approved invoice and monitor cheque clearance
• Performing day to day financial transaction, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable.
• Reconcile the accounts receivables ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status including updating vendor credit application.
• Assist in preparing petty cash pay-out to staff.

Accounts Receivable (10%)

• Processing accounting receivables and income payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Preparing bills receivables, invoices and bank deposits. Ensure all cheques are banked in promptly.
• Preparing debits and credit notes for any approved short payment/over payment for internal adjustment.

General Ledger (30%)

• Month-end Closing:- Ensure all financial related entries are promptly posted to the correct period
• Audit Schedules reconciliation for all balance sheet items and selected profit and loss items
• Bank account reconciliation to bank statement with general ledger
• Quarterly GST declaration to IRAs

Other duties

• Update supervisor on due insurance to be renewed and track all machineries and vehicle insurance coverage.

JOB PURPOSE

The social work team provides a critical communication link between the Home and our resident’s next of kin. To provide assessment, rehabilitation and supportive care in line with policies and guidelines. Responsibilities:

• Oversees all site execution by planning, managing, and coordinating construction execution strategy, preservation and day-to-day activities. Provide overall technical direction the construction. Coordinates project execution and planning with the relevant parties,
departments and agencies.
• Responsible for the formulation of the construction delivery schedule; upon the execution of the project, responsible for the constant review of the timeline and re-arrange and deploy resources and manpower, where needed, to meet the targeted schedule.
• Manage any conflicts between the various parties
• Manage and execute the site works and plans at the yard and ensure that the technicalities of construction requirements and standards are adhered to. Coordinates all project installation engineering between designs/engineering, material procurement, load-out design
and transportation of line pipe and offshore installation activities. Responsible for the successful delivery of yard project scope within specified quality standards, time and budget.
• Work closely with the Site Manager by any means of communication on the status of work packages, and oversee the coordination of material management and mobilizations and demobilizations of subcontractor companies. Follow up on issues of Purchase Requests for
materials and/or equipment related to the Project.
• Scheduling and Cost Management by ensuring construction & installation progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Undertake the lead role in managing and monitoring the assigned site fabricator to ensure that its resources, compliance, and deliverables are executed according to the contractual scope.
• Identify elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims. Understands interface issues e.g. procurement, construction, commissioning & operations, and actively manage them. Communicates possible changes in the scope of
work to project manager (applicable to contractor companies or client)
• Managing various trade contractor performances concerning safety, quality, budget, production and preservation. Develop relationships with client technical or service personnel.
• Comply and implement HSEQ Policy and requirements to the yard sites, including but not limited to, ensuring HSEQ requirements are communicated, training and competency for HSEQ critical roles, effective workplace hazard management, incident reporting and investigation, and emergency response.

• Organize, direct and supervise contractors to ensure construction & installation procedures strictly follow drawing & relevant regulation requirements and equipment vendor’s specifications.

About you:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction with 10 years of work experience, or master’s degree in the same discipline with 8 years of work experience.

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in EPC of onshore/offshore Oil & Gas or FPSO projects.

• Track Record in Site Construction Execution.

• Basic understanding of construction management, project management, construction methodology principles, quality assurance and HSSE requirements.

• Demonstrate interpersonal skills with effectiveness across functional, racial and national boundaries.

• Strong working knowledge of marine construction and/or topsides modules structure/piping construction and preservation.

• Strong working knowledge of contractual documentation (contracts, waivers, addendums, annexes, scope changes, contractual schedule etc) and ensures planning and execution comply with contractual requirements.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in to guide and communicate information to multinational personnel and different levels of the workforce and a large variety of vendors and fabricators.
