Job Responsibilities:

• Involved in tendering exercise right up to completion to select bidders, preparation of tender documents and tender submission as well as contract award.
• Take-off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ, drawings and specifications for the calling of quotations).
• Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post contract.
• Pre and post tender/contract negotiation, administration, and monitoring.
• Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Price and forecast the cost of different materials required for the project.
• Procurement responsibilities including tender document preparation, calling for quotation for sub-contract works, evaluate, and compare costs before awarding the works for sub-contract package.
• Follow up on invoice preparation, purchase order, work order, sub-contract agreement and letter of award to sub-contractors and/or suppliers.
• Monitor and evaluate work progress and assess sub-contractor’s progress payment claims and variation order claims before certification. This will include contract administration for any variation or change for both Sub-contracts and Main Contracts.
• To follow up on monthly progress claims in a timely manner.
• Involved in respective site, client, and consultant meetings.
• Liaise closely with project sites for related claims.
• Attending Virtual or Face to Face Weekly Progress/ Contracts/Sales Meetings and Reporting.
• Finance reporting/update to Finance Department.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of work experiences in quantity surveying or cost management role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement in same or similar industry.
• Very strong capability in vendor management and contracting in same or similar industry.

Job responsibilities:

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

As a member of Gracehaven Social Services Team, you are expected to provide effective Case Work Services for children, youth and their families. To partner with the different professionals to deliver high quality of care to meet the diverse needs of children and young persons entering the residential service. To ensure that the emotional, social, behavioural, developmental, therapeutic and educational needs of clients are met during the client's stay in the Home. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Social Worker/Case Worker in the National Anti-Violence & Sexual Harassment Helpline (NAVH), you will help to attend to violence-related enquiries that come through the NAVH. You will be involved in supporting the following tasks required to right site these violence-related calls:

• Liaison with vendors for missing invoices/payment status
• Attach daily bank advice in accounting system
• To perform ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• O Levels/ LCCI / Certificate / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1 year of related experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support, troubleshooting and guidance in areas of SAP Fiori, SAP HCM including OM, PA, TM, Payroll modules and the integration with other systems.
• Identify system improvements and enhancements, recommend and implement solution.
• Understand business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders for projects and change requests.
• Liaise between business and vendors to align the understanding to carry out works related to the support and new projects.
• Participate in business transformation journey and improve on business solutions to align with future IT roadmap.
• Maintain and support existing in house applications that are non-SAP.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, especially in areas of SAP HCM.
• Have completed at least 2 SAP HCM implementation.
• Good to have project management skillsets.
• Self-starter and take initiatives to work with minimal direction.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.

Job Description

• Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-siteEnsure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission
• Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural and M&E works on site with clients, consultations and subcontractors
• Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules
• Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues
• Reporting the progress of M&E works and arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors, sub-contractors and clerk-of-works

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
