Job description

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Architect/Project Manager in project planning, coordination works of all architectural trades, finishes and interfacing with M&E and Structural detail.
• Ensure all architectural drawing, material sample submission, and method statement are submitted on time as per program.
• Interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies and propose alternative material/work method for architectural work.
• Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues
• Submission to consultants for materials, shop drawings and method statement approval before commencement of work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Architectural Drafter experience in Construction Sector.
• Ability to use AutoCad, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Project, and other digital tools.

Responsibilities:

Pre-contract and post contract administration including the following: -

•  Cost estimating and cost planning.
•  Preparation of tender documents (including measurements and Bills of Quantities).
•  Check progress claims and invoices and certifying work done by Contractors.
•  Review and evaluate extra payment and/or extension of time claims by the Contractors and
• make recommendations to the Board.
•  Tender management including evaluation of tender submission.
•  Assist Contracts Manager, Project Manager in Contract management and cost monitoring,
• management of interim/progress payment, including variation assessment and finalisation of account.
•  Possess comprehensive knowledge of construction, logistics, material management and the
• ability to provide cost and financial advice.

Qualifications:

• Shall have relevant degree or certification, and about ten (10) years of relevant experience in
• project costing, procurement strategies and scheduling for large used water/water projects or infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Have about (3) years working experience in similar capacity in Singapore
• Meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented and good team player.
• Able to manage stakeholders (Contractors, Client and Consultants).
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Experienced in Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) preferred.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities.
• Review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress.
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings.

REQUIREMENT

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Responsible for monthly closing activities for local accounts including preparing, reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of journal entries and timely preparation of the financial reports;
• Review of accounts prepared by overseas appointed agency if any;
• Review and handle GST submission;
• Liaise with external auditor for statutory audit;
• Prepare audit schedules and handling audit issues (if any);

The Assistant HR Manager (SG) supports the HR operations for Singapore to fulfil HR functions and support our internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full HR spectrum in Singapore, including recruitment/internship, onboarding and offboarding, L&D, payroll, employee relations, performance management in compliance with SG labour laws and other relevant laws.
• Assist Group HR Manager in HR policy development and ensure compliance in HR policies and practices in Singapore office.
• Work with MY Assistant HR Manager to fulfil all candidate sourcing and onboarding requests for SG and MY executives and workers.
• Work with SG HR & Admin Team to implement the new HRIS for Group HR (SG and MY).
• Support internal audits and regulatory compliance tasks.
• Promote a unified company culture that aligns with the group’s values and mission, working closely to ensure consistency in employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Take on any other new assignments from Senior Management and Group HR Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of prior HR experience in SG, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations. Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development preferred.
• Self-driven and hands-on person. Collaborative in nature and strong team player.
