• Regularly meet with key project staff to update on progress. Document meeting minutes highlighting key action point. Ensure the issues highlighted are resolved, concluded and monitored for resolution provided by the design team.
• To oversee the BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
• Any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk & Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.
• Need to communicate with Internal staff including Site Construction Crew, Supervisors, Engineers, Managers and Client’s BIM representatives.
