RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors

· Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision

Administrative Duties

1. Documentation and filing:

• Ensure all case notes are accurately documented and properly filed.

• Compile and prepare monthly reports detailing the progress and status of clients and programs.

Additional Duties

Job Description:

• To plan, manage, oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the health, safety and environmental matters for the Project.
• To advise and report to Developer and ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations.
• To be responsible for health, safety and environmental control, update the Safety Management System Manual and to ensure that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions.
• To manage the team of Assistant Safety Managers and ensure all duties and responsibilities required of they are discharged professionally and competently.
• He shall prepare a monthly status update for review with Developer but not restricted to the following
• To keep up to date with changes in current legislation and to bring to the attention of the Project Superintending Officer(s) any relevant new legislation.
• To ensure the notification of the Project Superintending Officer(s) if the corrective action agreed after any workplace inspection is not implemented by the arranged date.
• To vet and endorse the minutes of all safety-related meetings and other meetings as directed by the Developer.
• To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 3 years with developer/main contractor
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 3 years
• Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent
• Good communication skills and team player
• Must be able to clear any internal security checks conducted by the Singapore Government

Responsibilities:

• Preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.

• Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies from suppliers.

• Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards.

• Neatly putting away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.

• Packing take-out orders as needed.

• Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.

• Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.

• Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience helping in kitchen settings.

• Obtain basic Food Safety Course.

• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Available for weekend and holiday shifts.

Working Days: 5days (Within a week any 5days)

Job Descriptions:-

• Review and revise the Safety Management System for continual improvement.
• Review, establish and upkeep the Safe Work procedure and Risk Assessment for the main contractor, subcontractor and suppliers.
• Conduct safety training related to the activity based on Safe Work Procedure / Risk Assessment Ensure risk assessment for all work activities are conducted and propose recommendation and also, review them when necessary.
• Conduct monthly WSH Committee Meeting and put up safety reports including safety indices.
• Conduct monthly Mass Toolbox Meeting and also participate in the Daily Toolbox meeting.
• Enforce house rules on all stakeholders and take action when necessary for non-compliance Work closely with the project team to eliminate security, safety, health and environment hazards.
• Establish, review, update and improve Workplace Safety and Health procedures, measures and policies in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure legal compliance to all statutory safety and environmental regulations and timely submission of mandatory documents.
• Monitor, update and improve companyBizsafe, safety management system, safety manual clients' safety procedure etc.
• Conduct investigatations of WSH infringements and industrial accidents and recommend remedial actions.
• Facilitate and conduct internel auditing to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Responsible for all incidents reporting and investigation Lead and manage emergency situation Lead and manage the project safety personnel.
• Lead and manage site WSH matters for both, the company and subcontractors Supervise and provide guidance to the security operations.
• Guide and train the Site Emergency Response Team (SERT) and also, organize drills.
• Conduct safety-related training for the staff and sub-contractors including foreign workers.
• Oversee the management of company's firm alarm and protection systems, emergency response equipment as well as ssystem.
• Audit equipment machinery and assets regularly to ensure that they are in good working condition and machineries are purchased for use implement safety campaigns to promote and inculcate safety culture.
• Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSH issues. Any related ad-hoc duties or assignment as instructed by the Management.

Requirement:-

• Need to be able to speak in mandarin to interact with the site workers.
• Min 3 years experience.
• Newly Registered WSHO is welcome.
