The candidate will be accountable for ensuring the work required, such as submittals, RFI’s, coordination drawings, updating documents, etc, are complete, ready and approved for the CSA subcontractors to perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents.  This role is focused on managing the CSA subcontractors' field operations and installation details for a large complex data center project, having stringent technical requirements.

Our client, one of Singapore's leading Facilities Management company, is looking for talents for the position of Assistant Project Manager / Site Manager.

• Assistant Project Manager / Site Manager
• Working Location: Project Sites, Office will be at Bukit Batok
• 5 Days Work Week (Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm)
• Basic + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site
• Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site.tractor master installation schedule and, where deviations arise, initiate the appropriate actions..
• Assist Department Manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise.
• Assistance to PM for preparation and monitoring of variation order.
• Submission of progress data for monthly claim and forecast claim.
• Monitor site progress of work as according to working schedule.
• Resolve site coordination problems, conduct sub-contractor / specialist meeting on site.
• Assessment of As-Built drawing and preparation of technical manual.

Job Requirements

• Preferably possess an ITE or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ of experience in Project & Site Management within the construction industry
• Preferably completed relevant safety course by MOM
• Good working attitude and good stress management
