General Duties:

Requirements:

Job Description

• To support and assist Senior PRO on public relation matters.
• To prepare and disseminate the circulars to notify the residents and stakeholders of the work activities nearby.
• To prepare yearly PR plan, PR weekly / monthly engagement reports for submission to Government Agencies
• To prepare presentation slides for government meetings.
• To organise for internal / external stakeholders for briefing and meeting sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Well versed in Microsoft Office

• coordination and supervision of workers (Fully understand Architect, Structural, M&E)
• handle multiper project at the same time
• experience in handle re-build / A&A project for private residence, apartment, factory
• provide schedules for workers
• assign tasks to construction laborers
• liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated.
• attend neighbor complain, site meeting
• organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.
• responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards
• keeping detailed records of construction site activities
• involve in the site works and progress including site meeting
• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers
• Lead workers to carry out structural work (concrete/rebar/formwork)
• Carry out inspection and casting
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks
• attending authority department if needed

Job Skills and Qualifications
