Job Responsibilities:

• To liaise with client for master programme
• To liaise with client for delivery schedule for the whole project
• To circulate the master programme to contracts department, design department, production department and logistics department
• To submit list of materials, materials samples, MIL certificate to main contractor
• To arrange with main contractor for 1st inspection for precast components
• To submit project quality plan
• To submit trailers accident recovery plan and risk assessment to main contractor
• To liaise with WSH officer to brief transporter & Logistic coordinator on risk assessment
• To submit weekly progress report (with photos)
• To submit weekly defects reports, defects master list (with photos)
• To liaise with clients in delivery schedules (PP09)
• To monitor daily deliveries to ensure that the deliveries are on time and according to the requested dates in the deliveries schedules
• To attend site meeting
• To attend monthly consultant visits or factory visits that are requested by clients
• To arrange transportation with Plant Manager/ Production Manager for the plant visits
• To attended both HDB audit & other audits in factories and on site Requirement
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board
• Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage
• Training provide for those without/lesser experience

• General administrative work, including data entry, filing, etc, and other administrative tasks required by management
• Preparing quotations, payment claims, invoicing

• Ensure that delivery schedule is on time as per Client’s required delivery schedules
• Daily joint inspection with Client’s representatives on precast components before offloading
• Raise non-conformance report (with photos) for rejected panels to Project Managers
• To indicate the incoming time and out-going time of trailers on delivery orders
• To indicate no of timbers that Clients do not return on delivery orders
• To ensure that all delivery orders are signed and stamp
• To liaise with Clients on proper storage of precast Manager. For any improper storage, Project Engineer has to inform Client in writing
• To records RTO, RE and Client comments on quality of precast components. And email to Project Managers on a weekly basis
• To lead a team of workers for site repairing
• To raise Purchase requisition for materials for site repairing
• To liaise with WSHO officer to brief transporter & workers
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
