Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in developing and reviewing strategies to improve engagement and re-engagement modalities. Support business unit email marketing operations, including the coordination, creation, dissemination, and analysis of the monthly Connects newsletter.
· Identify media, engagement and re-engagement opportunities for the amplification. Develop press releases, pitch stories to media, manage media on-site at events, and work on paid advertorials.
· Conceptualise and implement of a series of roadshows across Singapore for youth engagement. Responsibilities include venue selection, logistics coordination, content creation, and on-site management. Will need to present at these roadshows and facilitate discussions with youth participants.
· Champion data-driven marketing insights, assisting with conducting performance analysis and developing strategic recommendations through the use of digital marketing analytics. Compile online and offline marketing data, and present monthly reports, to evaluate efforts and measure effectiveness; working closely with content and content marketing teams to monitor live campaigns, ads and organic content.
· Support for sensing work – leverage analytics and social listening tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns to further strengthen engagement and re-engagement efforts, and provide insight to various youth trends and interest through an online lens.
· Provide additional support for ongoing tasks if required.
Job Requirements
· A Degree, preferably in a related field.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in communications or an equivalent role.
· Proven expertise in multi-channel communications, including mainstream media, social media, and both traditional and digital platforms.
· Proficiency in social media and/or email marketing; familiarity with digital marketing practices such as SEO, SEM, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) is advantageous.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; comfortable working with statistics.
· Excellent writing and communication skills.
· Ability to maintain a macro perspective while paying attention to detail.
· Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· A proactive, resourceful team player with a results-driven approach.
