3. Collaborate with T&S and other stakeholders, including Legal, GR, PR, and research teams, to iterate our safety governance framework and principles to continuously advance our safety effort.

4. Collaborate with Safety PMs and Ops analysts to build safety annotation/writing guidelines to ensure LLMs meet the highest safety standards.

5.. Support Safety PMs and RDs in evaluating safety system impact and collaborate to enhance the overall safety performance of LLMs; This includes developing model alignment approaches and implementing new training methods.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Solid understanding of alignment and related approaches, such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and others. Or solid experience in moderation, labeling, or annotation workflows.

2. Minimum of three years of experience in product or policy operation, experience in T&S is a plus.

3. A strong interest in LLMs, human behaviors, and social norms. Must be research-oriented, an enthusiastic learner and voracious reader, particularly in reading legislation and academic papers.

4. Passion for AI safety and making cutting-edge AI models safer for real-world use.

5. Collaborative team player who knows how to assertively advocate for their ideas without being overbearing. Skilled in maintaining attention to detail while staying focused on prioritized goals and the bigger picture.

6. Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities:

• Engage in and improve the whole Java Management Service lifecycle of applications deployment and operation
• Improve the existing continuous deployment pipeline for a wide range of functionalities across geographically separated zones
• Improve JMS Observability platform, Security and Incident management to meet the SLAs and SLOs defined for all cloud services
• Architect highly available and scalable service
• Skills to troubleshoot and trace symptoms back to the root cause
• Document and present methodologies to operations, engineering, and executive teams
• Educate the wider engineering organization on design and operational best practices for distributed computing
• Helping to meet the SLAs/SLOs for internal and external services and continual improvement of operational processes (weekly ops meetings, metrics, etc)
• Build tools and automation to improve system observability, availability, reliability, performance/latency, monitoring, emergency response
• On-call duties
