• Develop joint business plans with distributors and their respective accounts to expand the channel network and enhance performance in the assigned territories.
• Review and support feedback/inquiries from distributors, end consumers, and the supply chain team.
• Manage and coordinate all sales and marketing activities with distributors, vendors, regulators, pet association, and event organizers.
• Maintain awareness of new developments in the industry, especially in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, International Business or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in regional sales and distributors management role
• Experience in Infant foods, pet specialty or fast moving consumer goods will be preferred
• Profound knowledge in retail and trade operations, category management, margin contributions, and buying practices in Asian markets.
