RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide support for MI's project in the following ways:

• Recruiting and breifing project participants on project protocol
• Administrering surveys to participants and following up with participants to ensure that they are adhering to the project protocol
• Providing on-site support to project participants when needed (e.g at participants' homes or at product developers' site) 
• Providing administrative support to MI's project, such as coordinating schedules with project stakeholders and sourcing for quotes from vendors 
• Consolidating inputs from various participants for sharing with project partner(s)
•  Facilitating effective communications between project partner(s) and participant (e.g paraphrasing project information in an accessible, easy-read manner for participants where necessary)

• Education: Higher Nitec or A Level and above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

You will be part of the research team involved in various clinical projects and will be required to perform the following:

• This study is patient fronting. Therefore, required to follow principal investigator (PI)/Study team to inpatient wards to recruit patients
• Help to move medical equipment with study team. Hired personnel no existing injuries just in case.
• Assist PI /study team in consent taking and fill up data collection forms. PI/study team will use the medical equipment on recruited patients.

The Job

Tactical Roadshows

Independently source and liaise with landlords/vendors to secure roadshow booth locations

Schedule and plan out the roadshow locations’ calendar

Ensure all logistical aspects of the roadshows, such as venue booking, event set up are well organized

In charge of booth setup, fabrication and event marketing promotions

Work closely with the Division Managers to ensure that roadshows’ manpower and operations are smooth

Work alongside Divison Managers in organizing open house in outlets and measure the effectiveness of all the sessions

Job Requirement
