Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Bio-engineering, Bioscience, Life Science, or equivalent.

• Possess fundamental principles knowledge and experience in biosafety operation, bio-containment, laboratory infrastructure and laboratory equipment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts with a specialized focus on technical aspects within the CDMO sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of drug development and manufacturing processes, enabling them to effectively communicate our capabilities and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on drug development and manufacturing processes, including Drug Substance/Drug Product/API synthesis, formulation, analytical testing, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to assess client needs, provide technical insights, and develop innovative solutions that align with client objectives.

Business Development Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans with a focus on leveraging technical expertise to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Identify emerging market trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and opportunity identification.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical requirements and challenges to provide tailored solutions and foster long-term partnerships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

New Business Acquisition:

• Assist BD Director in the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements.
• Assist BD Director to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services and capabilities.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

• Assist BD Director in negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
• Assist BD Director in the preparation and review of contracts, proposals, and other legal documents, working closely with internal stakeholders and legal counsel.

Market Intelligence and Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies.
• Stay abreast of market dynamics and customer needs, adapting sales approaches and strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD) preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development or manufacturing operation within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a strong technical background in drug development and manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment.
• In-depth knowledge of drug development processes, including API synthesis, formulation, analytical methods, quality management systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute effectively to achieve business objectives.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

The Divisional Manager manages and ensures the company achieves its business objectives – profitability, business and customer growth, organisational development, new service introduction, continuous operational improvement, and working capital effectiveness.

• Increasing the company’s client base and increasing awareness of the company within the business community, particularly among prospective clients. Leads by setting priorities to which industry sectors and prospective clients to target and what services must be developed. Together with the management team, they create programs and regularly monitor progress against program goals.
• Improving existing customer satisfaction and account profitability and continuously improving performance across key performance indicators. He/She also maintains a close business relationship with his/her counterpart within the customer’s organization and always brings a top management perspective in business discussions with his customers.
• Lead the customer service/operational support staff to achieve continuous operational improvement and should also maintain a top-level view of balancing operational efficiency and effectiveness without sacrificing desired service quality levels.
• He/she is responsible for designing the appropriate organisational structure to achieve business unit objectives. He/She is also responsible for the management team’s growth and development.
• He/ She must encourage an atmosphere of learning, collaboration, and sharing within the organisation to contribute and maintain effective teamwork and connectivity with the corporate knowledge Management system.
• He/She should ensure well-running information systems are in place to enhance our capability and ability to deliver the Services expected by its customers.
• Other responsibilities would include setting up administrative systems, installing risk management systems, participating in business audits, and participating and being involved in other corporate sponsored governance processes and meetings.

Required Advanced NDT methods qualified Level III engineer to take care of NDT teams & advanced NDT team and provide Support in different projects in ExxonMobil, and other clients .Your role will be directly involved with technical and client relationship aspects to ensure smooth project flow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Perform and coordinate PAUT/TOFD inspections ,ACFM / ECT inspection..

· Perform and coordinate RT ,DRT , ARC PMI , PMI (XRF), UTG, MT, PT, MPI , UT , UTG.

· Follow up on technical issues ability to carry out root cause analysis and provide corrective and permanent solutions to clients.

· Frequent On-site visits to Operations facilities to review job scopes and recommend assuring the optimum results are achieved from the NDT service.

· Conduct training programs for Level I and Level II individuals in the specific NDT methods.

· Review and approve company and third-party NDT Procedures.

· Witness / Perform welding activities, NDT activities.

· Coordinate NDT activities during on-stream and shutdown inspection and supervise NDT jobs performed by the Contractor.

· Radiography Film Interpretation according to the National and International Standards.

· Evaluation of advanced NDT Equipment specification and implementation of special NDT techniques and maintain NDT Documentation. Supervise NDT Technicians and develop their ability to become fully qualified technician.

· Prepare reports and the results of examinations are maintained.

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with ASNT Level III in RT , MT , PT , UT , ET , VT , PCN/ CSWIP and PCN Level 2 in PAUT & TOFD qualifications.

· Must have a minimum 03 of working experience in handling NDE Procedures , Singlas / ISO 9001

· Experience in the maintenance and operations and hands trouble shooting ability of NDT equipment and software.

· Must have NEA L6 or L5 Licences & Driving license.

· Good technical knowledge of NDT, PAUT & TOFD and ASNT Level III certification.

The role

• Proposal Development: Support the Commercial team in the preparation of simple proposals, including pricing, using the current proposal templates and guidelines.
• Bid Approval: Support the Commercial team with investigation, information gathering and ATQ completion (if applicable) related to simple bid submissions (as defined in the Bid Process).

• Block Fee Quotation Management: Support the Commercial team with the creation and through-life commercial management of Block Fee Agreements (BFA), including addressing BFA related contract queries raised by external clients (as applicable)
• Bids & Contracts: Support the Bids & Contracts team for the execution of contract submission related to expiry and validation.
• Client Training Coordination: Coordinate and manage external (client) training activities from contract initiation to course completion, for both public and in-company training courses, support in the creation of quotes and proposals for training services (as applicable)
• Client Engagement: Address less complicated client queries which are within the scope of Commercial Operations and escalate when required to the appropriate subject matter expert, keeping salesforce updated and the account manager informed.
• Feedback Handling: Escalate client feedback to the relevant account owner, and when required, support the prompt resolution of complaints in accordance with the complaints process, BMS and all applicable SLAs.
• Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to all applicable processes (which shall include but not be limited to ByD and commercial processes).
• Professional Integrity: Act at all time with integrity, and conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation and accreditation schemes; and pursue Continuous Professional Development to maintain a high level of relevant knowledge and awareness.
• Client business reviews: support maritime sales community with research, analysis and market information and creation of periodic client business reviews.

Key Goals and Performance Expectations:

Located in our Singapore Office, the core goal of the Business Operations Manager is to ensure key operational requirements are processed effectively to meet customer contract needs and commitments. It is responsible for generation of dynamic contracts, routing contracts for approvals and signatures, processing all customer contracts from order entry to product delivery, managing vendor relationships. Key Requirements

· Provide assistance and support with general day to day queries from Sales team

· Working with US counterparts on price changes and CPQ admin

· Provide co-ordination and assistance in delivery of Trade Events and logistics

· Develop an in-depth level of understanding of Agilysys Product Suite

Job Requirements:

· Degree qualified with minimum 5+ years of experience preparing and administering contracts

· 5+ years of experience working within a sales organization or supporting sales role.
