Role Summary/Purpose

In this role this person will lead Healthcare Digital projects in ASEAN region. This person owns the project management and implementation processes for Healthcare Digital solutions, leading a group of team members including System Integration Specialists, Application Specialists, Field Engineers, and Solution Architects.

Essential Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation process including:

• Acting as the primary liaison with the customer team.
• Ensure projects are implemented based on the approved Healthcare Digital Implementation Methodology to ensure the project is completed on time, under budget and with quality, and to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Documentation of the project deliverables defined by the Standard Implementation Methodology to meet the project quality.
• Work with Sales to initiate projects through review of orders and formal handovers from the commercial teams, conduct internal and external kick off meetings, and other activities to set goals and objectives of the projects.
• Developing project plans and completing other project planning activities for assigned projects based on the project contracts and Statement of Work documents to properly manage schedules, costs, qualities, human resources, communications, risks, and any other key areas of projects.
• Identification, escalation and resolution of issues throughout the project deployment cycle.
• Work & manage the indirect (channel execution) projects in ASEAN region.
• Execution of project plan through internal and external progress meetings, managing customer expectations and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Be accountable and responsible for milestone progresses, including ensuring completion of all milestone reviews with the PMO are done in a timely manner.
• Closing off the projects by completing all project deliverables and through documented handing over to the support team.
• Conduct post implementation reviews and deployment of lessons learnt
• Engage in knowledge sharing sessions with peers across the region through Project Management Workshops

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare IT industry. (Mainly on Radiology /Cardiology IT world)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in managing revenue generating projects, cost-budgeting of projects
• Proven leadership in negotiation and effective decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations.

Desired Characteristics

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing FX business, including reviewing related bank FX agreements;
• Review cash planning and forecasting with a view to using the most optimal source of funds to meet the business needs while maintaining adequate cash reserve at all times;
• Oversee and guidance to subsidiaries on working capital requirements as well as business expansion and financial matters;
• Responsible for centralised management of external credit rating, internal and external bank facilities and financing guarantee of the company and its subsidiaries;
• Responsible for organising and executing the company's share repurchase;
• Monitor margin in the derivatives clearing account on a daily basis, including timely margin call and withdrawal, to ensure that there is sufficient balance to support the hedging business;
• Promptly reconcile P&L between SAP and ETRM system (CXL) for oil product trading books monthly;
• Assist in financial month end closing;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Finance/ CFO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Finance/ Accounting/ related field or equivalent, preferably qualified ACCA/ ISCA ;
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience in financial accounting, management and control, cash management preferably in commodities trading companies;
• Familiar with cash pooling operation and management;
• Familiar with banking facility and accounts managements;
• Knowledge of commodity financing procedure and management is preferred;

Analyzes and interprets data, and provides recommendations from sales execution to empower success and help address performance blockers across Customer Adds, Consumption, Pipeline, Scorecard, and Annuity. Leverages knowledge about and advises on many of the resources that support tracking and monitoring, as well as performance of pipelines, scorecards, and sales plays. May identify growth opportunities of investments and maximizes impact on customers by ensuring appropriate funds are used, tracking their usage, and following through on spending.

Sales Operations

• Drives the processes for local fiscal-year, cross-segment sales operations planning, using qualitative and quantitative methods across Segmentation, Territory Planning, Quota Planning, Account Planning, Quota Distribution, and/or Blueprint. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Corporate, Segment Leaders, Sales Excellence, Finance, Human Resources [HR]) to align, refine, and improve sales operations planning and execution. Tracks, monitors, and communicates risk and growth opportunities throughout the planning process, and provides recommendations for improvement.

Nurture Seller Transformation

• Provides coaching guidance to empower success by providing insights related to the adoption and integration of process and tools by sellers, managers, and leaders across the area or subsidiary. Proactively lands new seller capabilities to nurture new habits and drive consumption.

Specialty Responsibilities

• Drives many components of partner segmentation, quota, planning, co-selling, and transitions. May collaborate with internal partners including One Commercial Partner to create and roll out new sales operations strategies for partner management. Provides explicit guidance to others when needed. Empowers partners for success with training on tools and data processing.*
• Establishes the cadence and rhythms for churn prevention and win back plans. Monitors, interprets, and provides recommendations based on reports tracking consumption and customer adds to influence seller outcomes across the organization through Azure, Modern Work, and Business Applications and communicates to relevant stakeholders. Drives standardization of consumption management execution, identify reporting gaps, and create reports that fill those gaps. May also report on scorecard management.*
• Applies and provides guidance to others to integrate continuous improvement changes to tools, processes, and Rhythms of Connection (ROCs) across the subsidiary or area to accelerate transformation. Integrates continuous improvement with reporting and Business Intelligence (BI). Collaborates with field partners to improve tools and identify processes to increase efficiency, remove blockers, reduce redundancies, reduce manual work, or to save time within Sales Programs. Synthesizes feedback and provides recommendations to senior stakeholders. Models best practices and communicates with others across the community.*
• Provides support for monthly forecasting, pipeline management, and standard pipeline/reporting views. Assists in Revenue Excellence proactive audits and in ensuring accurate revenue landing and deal flow per appropriate guidelines. Coordinates with members of broader Business Sales Operations (BSO) team as necessary and contributes to successful landing and execution of Sales Operations Planning Process (e.g., Quota Distribution, Territory Management, Seller Assignments, Employee Data Management) for Support Sales. Provides suggestions for standard Business Intelligence (BI) tools to increase usage/adoption with Support Sales teams to reduce ad-hoc, manual efforts.*

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations or sales excellence
