About the Role

Reporting to the Global Revenue Optimization Lead, the Global Revenue Optimization Manager will lead our Brand Building Investments (BBI), while identifying growth opportunities. This role will focus on establishing governance, refining processes, and enhancing performance across global Regions and Markets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Categories, Finance, Demand & Sales Planning, and Revenue Performance teams to drive effective brand investment strategies, ensuring revenue is optimized and business targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyse KPIs to measure the success of global market strategies and initiatives (portfolio performance, new product launch, pricing strategy, …). Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance trends, and strategic recommendations. About You

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus
