Job Description:

• Handle the entire procurement processes and support workflows, according to the sourcing strategies set.
• Manage the full procurement process, including supplier tendering, selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and payment to meet operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies, standards, and regulations while keeping accurate, up-to-date records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and manage contract agreements effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or above in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Experienced with sourcing and material understanding.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
• Bilingualism will be an advantage as we need to oftenly and effectively communicate with overseas stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in Singapore and the region.
• Leverage technical knowledge to understand customer needs and propose customized manufacturing solutions.
• Work closely with the technical team to design and tailor solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible to review T&C in all contracts and risk assessment and advise solutions accordingly.
• Resolve all contract issues and ensure all lega implications are reviewed and managed.
• Liaise with maincon on contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.
• Lead and monitor the QS team for progress claims, variation works, bills of quantities and other tender requirements.
• Provide supervision to all contractual matter, tendering and procurement procedures (i.e. cost control, project budgeting, etc.)
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely payments from maincon.
• Ensure timely finalization by maincon.

Requirements:-

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management / ERSS / Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5-years of relevant working experience in contract administration, preferably have experience in SOP.
• Meticulous and systematic individual with positive working attitude.
• Possess good analytical skills and able to work in a dynamic & fast pace environment to meet critical deadline.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and able to handle stress.
• 5 days week.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license and own transport is preferred.

1. Implementation and Roll-Out Support:

• Manage the deployment of digital solutions, ensuring successful roll-out and alignment with client expectations
• Collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation initiatives
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing communications and providing support throughout the implementation process

2. Training and user Support

• Deliver training sessions to users to ensure effective adoption of new digital tools and systems
• Provide post-roll-out technical support, resolving issues promptly and ensuring user satisfaction

3. Data Analytics and Reporting

• Collect and analyze data related to the performance and usage of digital solutions, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities
• Generate reports and visual presentations to communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders

4. Project Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for both internal and client review

5. Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of roll-out processes, using feedback and data to enhance future implementations
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital transformation and data analytics to ensure the latest technologies are applied effectively

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Maintenance/Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, project management, or a related field
• Experience with system implementation, software deployment, or similar roll-out processes is preferred
• Familiarity with data analytics, including experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data insights
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a professional environment

Key Responsibilities:

• The IPC Chemist is responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing process remains consistent and meets predefined quality standards throughout the various stages of production. They perform tests and checks on samples taken during production to ensure that the intermediate stages align with quality specifications before the final product is manufactured.
• Conducts analytical testing using methods like HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis spectrometry, titrations, and other chemical assays to analyze the potency, purity, and identity of drug substances.
• Performs stability studies to assess how the quality of a drug substance or product changes over time under various environmental conditions.
• Tests for impurities, residual solvents, and microbial content to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Prepares and maintains lab documentation, such as test results, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and analytical reports.
• Works in a controlled laboratory environment, following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards such as those from the FDA or EMA.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV, and wet chemistry.
• Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
