We are seeking a temporary HR Manager to support HR Division in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and HR experience. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to gain diverse experience in HR operations. Key responsibilities include:

Digitisation and Analytics

• Tabulate staff statistics generated from HR system, perform data analysis, prepare reporting and maintain tableau dashboard
• Support digitisation of staff’s personal files and archival of staff records
• Assist with HR system data clean-up (e.g. staff records)

Engagement and Outreach

• Support planning and execution of HR activities/events (e.g. Staff Awards, Promotion Ceremony etc)
• Design publicity materials for HR related initiatives
• Arrange 1-on-1 chats with D/HRD

Benefits Administration

• Support benefits administration, including processing claims and addressing benefits queries

Other Administrative tasks

• Support in arranging audit meetings and collation of information
• Monitor and track division’s budget
• Process university billings for pre-service scholars and salary invoices for seconded-in officers

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
