We are looking for an experienced and inspirational Creative Content professional who is passionate about creative and fashion culture. You will play a key role in driving the brand’s identity and creative output across various channels, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, digital, editorial, events/pop-ups/activations, and CRM. You’ll work closely with marketing and creative content leads to create effective and engaging work across all platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive innovative creative ideation and execution for the brand’s marketing, social campaigns, activations, and content to achieve marketing goals
• Develop, define, and be accountable for the creative approach, including design, art direction, video motion graphics, AR/VR, gamification, partnerships, and collaboration
• Collaborate with functional and key market leads to create and drive content strategy across channels and media

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in conceptual creative work, art direction, and graphic design in a senior creative role in a fashion advertising agency, brand, or creative environment
• Experience in business and digital performance channels, including digital marketing, editorial, photography, and multimedia
• Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering a broad range of creative projects (brand campaigns, activations, moving images, design systems, events, digital content, motion graphics, print, and social campaigns)
• Highly skilled motion designer capable of creating outstanding creative designs and assets for traditional and digital marketing
• Understanding of digital asset production at scale, post-production workflows, and technical requirements of digital marketing assets (e.g., video formats, email templates, quality standards)
• Familiarity with social media, new digital formats, and trends
• Experience developing targeted creative across multiple markets (e.g., experience in Asia, the US, UK and non-English markets)
• Experience in brief conception, storyboarding, and on-set art direction for shoots and campaigns (both moving images and stills)

As a market solution lead, you will be involved in developing and executing sales packages aimed at developing new businesses and reinforcing the presence of the Chinese Media Group (CMG) products in the current and new regional markets. You will work closely with the Editorial team, as well as the community engagement, content licensing, regional partnership and Branding and Marketing teams to promote and sell integrated media solutions across the various CMG platforms, ranging from print, digital, young audience, radio to out-of-home media, to businesses. This includes drafting of sales proposals and preparation of client presentations.

Project Management Generic

Site supervision process:
• Accountable for the delivery of the installation project
• Accountable for Site Safety
• Responsible for securing efficient management of environmental aspects of the installation (waste handling, hazardous material, minization of travel)
• Accountable for the financial result of the project (cannot be responsible for costs associated with changes in factory prices or exchange rate variables)
• Participates to the sales/installation hand-over and validates the term of the order received from the customer together with the salesperson
• Prepares the overall installation program and resource planning
• Responsible for planning and organizing the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site and placing the orders to subcontractors and Non KONE factory material suppliers
