KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise on key decisions relating to the day-to-day activities for the PL Re-Supply Ocean Freight department, in consultation with the Operations Manager (OM) and Head of Department (HOD) when necessary

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER will manages and protects our company data and information. MIS MANAGER will create and maintain the databases on our company to collect and store data from clients, employees and business records. will be ensuring the information is secure and accessible. MIS MANAGER will also introduce new programs, handle cyber security, meet the company's technological needs and oversee the daily functioning of the MIS. Will provide managers with the necessary information to make decisions about company operations will gathers data from various sources and processes it to provide information tailored to the managers' and their staff's needs.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a MIS plan, including budget needs, operational requirements and schedules.

2. Formulate and overseeing the implementation of a company's MIS policies to protect data
