• Provide training to installation team members and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Maintain records of installation projects and prepare reports on project status
• Recommend improvements to installation procedures and processes
• Resolve installation-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manages a team of installers who are responsible for installing approved designs.
• Schedules and oversea the installation
• Adhere to contract specifications and established policies and procedures
• Manage day-to-day performance of their jobs
• Ensure project milestones are met and adhering to approved budget
• Extensive knowledge of different cable types and cable containments.
• Addressing with the Site team any non-conformities, audit findings and customer complaints
• Conducting periodic inspections and audits to verify that activities are being performed as specified
• Collaborating with the Site staff to ensure all activities are completed as specified, collecting the records of evidence and certificates of conformance
• Participating in Site Surveys ,Pre-installation meetings and Quality Review with clients
• Support sales during tender on resources required for implementation. Resources includes manpower and cabling effort.
• Provide cable length estimation for either tender support of project implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation management or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing installation projects

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

About the team

Business Platform Product Operation team is devoted to enriching BytePlus cloud business models and continuously helping enterprise customers adaption the cloud to improve their business innovation, reduce their cloud cost and better experience. You can help us to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities:

- Provide operation support to sales teams, end customer and service teams during end to end customer journeys, facilitating user acquisition and great user experience, including user center and product console

- Develop high quality platform related knowledge, including help documents, guidance, video and other types of knowledge transfer.

In charge of training for both internal and external users.

- Capture, consolidate and validates functional requirements from different teams and users.

- Develop and maintain project plans for cross-functional resources, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery

- Lead alignment with stakeholders, including but not limited to business owners, engineers and designers on prioritization and changes to the website

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, at least 7 years working experience in product management

- Experienced in business requirement analysis and system design of cloud commercial supporting platform (ordering, payment, invoice or contract, etc.)

- Proven product and project management skills

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills

- Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written) as this role will work closely with external stakeholders

- Strong cross-cultural awareness and effective collaboration with global teams
