Key responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include driving initiatives in one or more of the following aspects:

Incentive development & administration

• Review, enhance and manage a suite of incentives to ensure governance and competitiveness

• Provide advice and work with stakeholders to co-solution incentive approach for their projects

Policy governance & competitiveness monitoring

• Oversee budget allocations for economic development initiatives

• Well-verse with international developments that impact Singapore’s economic competitiveness, primarily but not limited to, developments in various incentives/measures to encourage investments and/or trade

• Assess and develop perspectives on the impact of such developments and their relevance to Singapore, as well as formulate recommended responses for management and ministry stakeholders

Business process re-engineering & IT systems development

• Drive enhancements to business processes pertaining to the usage of incentives

• Develop recommended solutions to streamline and improve processes

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, Finance, business users) to ensure successful implementation of such initiatives

The Partner Acquisition Manager will source, nurture, and develop a pipeline of prospective new partners within the Microsoft Dynamics and Financial Performance Management space. In this role, your primary focus will be to rapidly grow our number of insightsoftware Channel Partners in Asia Pacific.

What will you do?

• Develop a strategy to acquire new partners in APAC region for FP&A solutions.
• Develop joint business plans with clear goals, objectives, and metrics.
• Map the Partner Eco System for specific solutions. Build a pipeline of potential partners and cultivate business opportunities. 
• Carry out joint strategies with the partner to grow our joint business.

• Manage the spare parts receiving and inventory levels

The accountant is involved in most, if not all, aspects of accounting and oversees the day-to-day activities of the accounting team. He/she also analyses data and understands the financial performance and position of the organisation in order to develop suitable accounting policies to meet reporting requirements and to produce any special reports required by the management team.

The accountant works with a team of finance and accounting specialists and works closely with the internal and external auditors, bankers, and regulators. He/she must keep current with changing statutory requirements and tax laws and determine the implications of such changes to financial reporting. He/she may also work with the leadership team to help define the organisation’s overall finance strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Supports the finance team in financial accounting and corporate reporting

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and disclosure notes
• Maintain accurate journal entries and allocations
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information
