Responsibilities:

· Identify and close business deals for Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas clients

• Collaborate with Sales Manager (SM) to recruit qualified salespeople and deliver sales volume, distribution, and in-store fundamentals for Guardian and Watsons channels.
• Train new sales executives and implement business improvement strategies.
• Work with the commercial management team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

Meta seeks to hire a Partner Solutions Manager for Vietnam based in Singapore. This role will concentrate on driving product adoption, operational efficiency, and business value for Meta alongside our key partners in Vietnam. Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive strategies and programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Meta's family of apps

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management

• Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
• Experience navigating large organizations with multiple teams and stakeholders, effectively working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
