• Carry out servicing (Before Flight/Turn Round/After Flight inspection), schedule servicing, and troubleshooting and defect rectification on military aircrafts.
• Support daily production and deployable to outstation project works when necessary.

4) Aircraft Technician (Sheetmetal)

• Able to repair, perform maintenance checks and modifies the full range of aircraft structural components and body structures as per SRM
• Experience in identifying structural/airframe defects and determining the repairs required.
• Knowledgeable in repair work (component repair/sheetmetal structure) as per SRM/CMM
• Able to fabricate airframe sheet metal parts, subsystem assemblies’ components.
• Able to identify, remove and manage aircraft corrosions while ensuring aerodynamics smoothness.
• Comfortable in using equipment/tools/machinery.
• Able interpret and use engineering drawings.
• Able to repair, perform maintenance checks and modifies the full range of aircraft structural components and body structures.

5) Aircraft Technician (Engine)

• Perform disassembly/ assembly of engine/ module for repair and overhaul Install engine components onto the engine/ module Perform troubleshooting, modification and maintenance works
• Relevant technical certificate Experience in aviation industry
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, or diagrams to inform installation, development or operation activities.
• Perform hourly, daily and monthly inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions, missing segments and wear
• Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company, our customers and the FAA.
• Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines, and communicate with other mechanics and supervisors to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns
• Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance
• keep detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures and ordered parts.

6) Aircraft Technician (Composite)

• Performs repairs of aircraft leading edges including boot replacement, floor panels, and composite repairs
• Ensures safety rules and regulations are complied with always.
• Perform minor and complex structural repairs on components detached or attached to aircraft including, but not limited to flight controls, doors, engine inlet and cowlings, stabilizers, radomes and horizontal to vertical stabilizer close-out fairings at on-site or off-site locations
• Ensure parts are repaired according to Airworthiness and Aircraft Manual
• Identify unserviceable parts and initiate parts requisitions
• Ensuring working areas are kept clean and free of all hazardous equipment
• Tools and equipment under his/her control are properly maintained, calibrated and correctly used for the jobs.

7) Aircraft Technician (Painter)

• Painting of aircraft components detached or attached to aircraft including, but not limited to flight controls, doors, engine inlet and cowlings, stabilizers, radomes and horizontal to vertical stabilizer close-out fairings.
• Vapour degreasing and masking process.

8) Aircraft Technician (Planner)

• Planners will have an entire aircraft assigned to them at any one time, he/she must be able to work independently He/she has to monitor a project's status to ensure that timelines are met and that client/customer needs are taken care of promptly
• Ensure the completion of aircraft maintenance job cards for smooth line maintenance operations
• Create maintenance schedules, individual releases and maintains work orders.
• To assist in preparing all the necessary documentation required in an aircraft project.
• To manage the dock control room during aircraft maintenance, administrate the related documentation, and account for all the worksheets applicable to the aircraft project.
• To perform data input and update of aircraft work records.
• To assist other departments for services related to the aircraft project.
• Monitor the compliance requirements of the checks and its associated tasks
• Review & schedule all maintenance tasks and preparation of Works Program.
• Develop & provision for material & tooling requirement and co-ordinate with other operational departments for smooth tasks execution.
• Implement and track approved modification programs.
• Coordinate with the MRO on the completion of tasks and follow-up with any discrepancies or issues.
• Support issuance of adhoc assignments and any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.

Job Scope

• Responsible in all distribution and/or product related matters for the Wealth and Personal Banking – Insurance (WPB Insurance) business in Singapore.
• Legal work on distribution matters primarily involves providing legal advice relating to the sale and distribution of WPB Insurance products through third party channels (such as the bank, the tied agency force, bancassurance partners, brokers and independent financial advisors). The work will include the review and negotiation of distribution and partnership agreements and consideration of the company’s risk framework relating to the engagement of third-party distributors.
• Responsible in the insurance products coverage which includes life (including high net worth, retail and investment-linked products) and health (including individual and Group hospitalisation and employee benefits).
• Product work will involve (a) preparation of standard documentation for new products and reviewing/amending on-the-shelf products as required, (b) participation in product governance discussions to assess legal, reputational and conduct risks and (c) in respect of more complex products, considerations of customer/sales suitability.
• Evaluate and respond to changes in the law and regulation relevant to the products and channels under the lawyer’s remit to manage existing legal risks and identify and manage new/emerging legal risks.
• Work/advise on all associated marketing, customer acquisition, digital projects and data privacy advisory matters. Work with subject matter experts in the wider Legal team, when required.
• Assist and collaborate with the legal teams to provide additional support on matters relevant to the insurance business and working on regional projects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Law or related field with no less than 7 years' post qualification experience.
• Solid post qualification experience working in insurance and/or corporate commercial practices of a reputable international or Singapore law firm or, at an in-house legal department (of which at least 3 years must be gained at a reputable international or Singapore law firm).
• Experience with insurance or banking documentation. Excellent drafting skills required.
• Experience with commercial transactions and documentation including advising on legal issues relating to confidentiality, data privacy, competition law, dispute management, consumer protection.
• Sound knowledge of insurance law and regulations applicable in Singapore. Experience with cross-border laws and regulations of other jurisdictions is a plus.
• Ability to work directly with cross functional teams including business teams.
• Collaborative, adaptable and open to innovation and new ideas/ways of working.
• Ability to prioritise with lateral thinking/ problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and presentation skills.

Our client is a well-established real estate investment manager in APAC region and it is also the manager for one of the SGX-listed REIT. In view of the business structure review, they are looking for a contract Accountant to assist in maintaining the books of the manager.

The Role

This role reports to Finance Manager with the following responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and General Ledger functions as part of month end closing
• Checking and preparation of payments
• Maintain cashbooks on daily basis and ensure funds are available for monthly payments
• Preparation of the entities’ accounts and schedules for monthly closing and submission to the Group
• Preparation of the entity’s quarterly GST filing
• Checking and processing of property operating expenses submitted by property manager(s)
• Assist in reviewing the monthly property level accounts and uploading property level trial balances into accounting system
• Verification of property tax computations submitted by property manager(s)
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations
• Preparation of annual financial statements and income tax computations as part of year end closing
• Preparation of XBRL
• Adhoc duties as may be assigned

Your Profile

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience and able to handle full set of accounts.
• Posses good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• A self-starter with a positive mindset who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
• Meticulous, analytical and independent worker.
• Prior experience in SAP preferred but not pre-requisite.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Must have knowledge in product stewardship in the following areas; Change Management, New enhancement, Tech knowledge, Customer Compliance and Product Testing.
• Must have actual on-site deployment experience.
• Possess knowledge on treatment of waste management.
• Ensure plant processes and controls are in compliance with Industry ISO standards and local and international regulations. Possess knowledge and certification in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000.
• Align all quality production activity to meet operations objectives and sales targets.
• Recommend new quality checks to improve product quality inspections for production and all quality related issues.
• Perform random product quality inspections & prepare documentations needed to meet and achieve industry certification for produced finished products.
• Responsible for all QA and QC processes as well as all safety and environmental practices within the plant. To review, establish and update.
• Conduct internal reviews and audits for regulatory compliance, prepare audit reports and ensure corrective actions are followed up.
• Handle customer complaints and provide resolution.
• Conduct, analyses & report incident investigations, and oversee recommendations for proper follow-up and closure.
• Manage plant safety, health and environment protection together with Production Manager.
• You will also be responsible for any office safety compliance and to work with the respective office building management, if needed.
• This role will report to Head Quarters Quality Compliance (Germany) and the General Manager (Singapore).
• Any other duties as and when required to be done by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma, bachelor degree or equivalent
• Possess at least 4-5 years experience in QA and QC in plastic manufacturing industry
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and to have accountability
• Adaptable and competent person who understands not only ISO but the regulatory requirements.
• Experienced in Diagnostic troubleshooting skills
• Able to write reports and present confidently
