We are looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to join our Insurance Operations Team (Regional). In this role, you act as an important liaison between Insurance advisors, insurer providers, and regional colleagues.

The main function of this position includes the following:

• Handling the documentation and submission of new insurance business
• Data entry
• Handling day-to-day tracking of insurance submission status
• Assisting Team Manager in ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Banking & Finance/Business Administration

Responsibilities

• To perform transaction sanction screening functions

• To prepare documents for Audit Reviews

• Together with the team, to work and target SLA is met at all times.

• To ensure quick action/resolution in managing both internal and external customers’ queries/feedback/complaints.

• To monitor system availability & escalate promptly to management whenever required and to manage situation such that payment/service timelines are not impacted.

• To participate in UAT/Projects as and when required.

Skills/Requirement

1. Knowledge in Remittance Function

2. Accuracy and being meticulous is a key requirement

3. Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications – Word, Excel & Power-point.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Development, Implementation and Support
• Evaluate requirements and analyze impact to the application
• Involve in design and development stage
• Involve in application setup and deployment
• Provide guidance towards testing phases
• Provide level 3 production support to relevant open systems applications 
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application and system issues
• Execute tasks related to project / change request / maintenance request

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5 years of UNIX/LINUX/SQL/Korn Shell programming experience
• Hands-on experience on Oracle database, Webserver such as Apache, Java platform / J2EE and Java web container such as WebLogic, JBoss EAP, Tomcat
• Relevant working experience with good working knowledge in cards, loyalty, remote commerce, portals or digital payment domains.
• A good understanding of API frameworks will also be desired.
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the project official social media on a daily-basis, and elevate evergreen contents based on team missions, handle strategies, and OKRs.
• Partner with various product marketing teams across regions to help develop programs that deliver intended business results.
• Engage and lead social media agencies to build effective social media campaigns for key products and campaigns targeted at users and creators, with clear strategy to deliver optimal creativity and innovation.
• Track and quantify social impact on social media business goals.
• Track social media performance indicators to monitor the health of the brand across the social landscape in Japan.
• Work closely with global/regional social/PR/policy teams as part of a Global Rapid Response Team to put in place round-the-clock social listening/monitoring workflows and processes, proactive and reactive escalation and management of user sentiment across social platforms.
