About The Role:

The Chinatown Revitalisation Project blends culture and technology by installing AR-enhanced Zodiac sculptures and historical flashbacks across Chinatown. The project aims to attract tourists and engage the public through interactive experiences, making Chinatown a globally recognized destination. As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee the installation, work with sponsors and contractors, and ensure everything is delivered on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and supporting marketing efforts to promote the project regionally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee project execution, including timeline and budget management.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and sponsors to achieve project goals.
3. Manage the installation of AR-enhanced sculptures and historical flashbacks.
4. Ensure sponsorship integration and meet financial targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma in project management, business, or a related field.

• conduct at least 2 Table-Top Exercises within the premises each year and to evaluate, together with the Fire Safety Committee, the effectiveness of the Arson Prevention Plan and the Emergency Response Plan for those premises;
• prepare and implement the Arson Prevention Plan for the premises;
• notify the Commissioner immediately upon the occurrence of any fire incident in the premises;
• organise campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the occupants within the premises in establishing a fire safe environment;
