We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of products through the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records, and leading a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the logistics operations to achieve the operations key performance indicators and the required service standards.
• Conduct and coordinate operation from warehouse management system.
• Monitor and analyse P&L of the operations, establish business controls, and provide solutions to reduce cost and increase revenue.
• Defines roles and responsibilities, plans for the department’s future needs and operations, counsels’ employees on performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Management / Engineering
• Min 8 years of experience with logistics operation in shipper (managing 3PL) / 3PL environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics technology.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Issue Management

1. Log all incoming calls and email and record sufficient information to facilitate effective incident

processing.

2. Identify the impact, urgency, and priority of incidents

3. Provide initial troubleshooting and support for incidents.

4. Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved by the service desk to the appropriate
