Role overview

The QEHS Manager’s role is to lead the QEHS department whose purposes are to roll out the health & safety policy and programs of the company, to ensure a reliable environmental reporting (including CO2 and energy) and the compliance with Singapore regulations (from a licencing viewpoint), and to guarantee the effectiveness of the quality system.

Environment and health & safety being the fundamentals of both Veolia and hazardous waste management, the QEHS Manager, together with his team, has a direct impact on the activity, which stretches from the HW treatment operations (on Tuas site) to HW collection at customer’s sites, assisting in business development.

Job Description:

Job Description:

· The Facade Design Manager is responsible for leading the design, build and engineering of building facades to ensure that they meet safety, performance, and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in facade design, strong technical knowledge of facade materials and systems, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Planning and managing resources during the design phase of projects to achieve maximum resource efficiency

· Review project plans and specifications, feedback on the interior fit-out and facade design and scheduling, and thus recommend possible cost savings measures and identify potential construction problems

· In charge of Design Team to carry out façade design or related works.

Job Description

1. Assist Helpdesk manager in managing day to day operation of Helpdesk

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Drive Operational Excellence

• Provide visible leadership to drive OEMS for Marine Fuel Terminal Operations including Tank Truck Loading Rack (fleet operations). Responsible for overall maintenance & CAPEX/COPEX implementation in Fuel Terminal, Lubricants & Lubricant Additive Blending Plant (VII).
• Execute OE Processes such as Safe Work Practices (SWP), Management of Change (MOC), Compliance Assurance (CA), Process Safety Management (PSM) and Contractor HES Management (COEM) as designed. Lead Loss and Near Loss investigations, conduct workforce engagement and terminal assessments.

• Interface with local government and regulatory agencies for permit requirements, local inspections and assessments and represent Chevron in the area where we operate. Work with the community leaders where the terminal is located to support the various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects of Chevron.
• Works with Joint Venture/Joint Operation partners to ensure compliance to operating agreements.

Strategic Resource Planning and Optimization:

• Drive safe implementation of strategic business projects/initiatives (CAPEX/COPEX/Lean Sigma/Solomon/OE processes) for Marine Operations and Maintenance.
