Finance Executive (3 months contract - convertible)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Accounts Payable function which include verification and recording of invoice and payment processing
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing entries and posting in accounting system
• Reconciliation of creditors’ statements to accounting records and investigate discrepancies, if any
• Maintaining of Fixed Assets Register and Bank Reconciliation matters
• Responding appropriately to vendor and internal requests on financial accounting matters
• Ensure compliance with company’s policy and procedures
• Assist in budget process and liaise with auditors
• Ensure proper documentation / filling
• Involve in ad hoc projects as and when assigned

Requirements

• Possess at least NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting

• Experience in state court library or relevant would be a plus.
• Collection development and maintenance (print and electronic resources);
