Working Hours (43 hours per work week):

-Mon : off
-Tuesday - Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm
-Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm

Plans and evaluates department policies, processes, priorities, and performance goals. Maintains staff by recruiting, onboarding, training, assessing, and promoting employees. Ensures that their department is on track to meet performance goals and makes adjustments based on performance data as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

HR duties in accordance with MOM Regulations:

• Lead and manage a team of HR staff and be responsible for the processing of all work passes for over including the application, renewal, cancellation of Employment, Dependent and S Passes.

Training and Development

• To organize and plan yearly training programs for staff and workers.

• Coordination of internal and external training, including the maintaining of attendance records and scheduling.

• Involved in the full hiring process from the scheduling of Interviews, sitting in with hiring managers, vetting of candidates and salary negotiation.

• Job posting and liaison with recruitment agencies.

• Provide advice to employees on all HR matters including grievances

• Bridge between employees and Management team to forge a cordial working environment

• Preparing of employment contracts, confirmation, promotion and increment notices for all staff including workers

• Proper documentation of employee movements across project sites, salary adjustments and re-designations.

• Assist in mid-year and annual performance reviews.

• Purchase and maintaining company insurance policies, including bonds, foreign workers medical insurance, work injury compensation policy, office policy, hospitalization and surgical policy.

• Attend MOM court case on workers’ complaints.

• Provide weekly/monthly HR Reports, including project site headcount, work permit quotas, cost control budgeting and payroll reports.

• Updating and maintaining staff leave records.

Job Requirements

· Min 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore Building Construction Industry, experience in maincon company

· Possess good managerial skills

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Building & Estate Management or equivalent

• Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.

• 3 to 8 years of relevant working experience

• Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office.

• Able to handle pressure and multitask

This position involves multiple workplace locations in Singapore.

• Supervise, lead and motivate retail team at store
• Guide and train new Beauty assigned to Store for OTJ training
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations (planning of roster, performance of staff, coaching, merchandise display, etc)
• Optimizes resources, monitor and ensure team hits personal and store sales target
• Inventory Management – ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
• Provide briefings to team on information disseminated from various departments
• Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
• Works effectively and co-operates with others to achieve a common goal
• Accountable for cash till and shop opening and closing
• Housekeeping of store and admin (paperwork)
• Work closely with VMD and Marketing on store animation and updateser

Requirements

• The candidate must have a good understanding of the shop layouts, shop aesthetic and merchandising with strong communication skills. They must be proactive, confident and highly collaborative with strong influencing and leadership skills.
• Minimum Diploma with 7 - 10 years of working experience in relevant field.
• Supervisory experience 3-5 in managing a team is preferred
• Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based selling.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently .
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; able to effectively communicate cross-functionally and through all levels of management
• Effective time-management & scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple WORKS simultaneously.
• Must need Some IT knowldge to promate good by online.
• Must familier in Ms office.
• Willing to work retail hours
• Passionate about the Beauty Industry
