• Consolidate and generate payroll data for 300+ employees (both local and expat)
• Responsible for full scope of payroll
• Main liaison to appointed payroll vendor on all payroll matters
• Handle payroll accounting tasks such as preparation of all payrolls related journals (including accruals) and uploading them into the system.
• Handle all income tax-related documents and matters
• Prepare payroll reports and check all data provided by the payroll vendor
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts for all entities in Singapore
• Manage annual statutory surveys and annual payroll audit schedules
• Manage and report information required in Statutory Accounts
• Manage Government Leave Grant
• Year-end accrual for unconsumed leave, tax processing fee and others

1. JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Technical & Operation Specialist reports to the Factory Manager and is responsible for efficiency of manufacturing and overall factory management. He supports supporting day to day manufacturing operation in the Pilot Factory and sales & logistics operation to ensure production efficiency and timely order fulfilment.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Technical & Operation Specialist supports the Factory Manager in overall factory management from production to order fulfilment, including manufacturing operation, processes optimization, facility & machinery maintenance, factory HR/administration and sales & orders fulfilment.

Specific tasks include:

Technical Support

• Conduct training sessions on data quality management, educating and fostering awareness of data quality principles and processes.

Requirements:

• Proficient in SQL and reporting techniques, with expertise in data analytics tools, including R and/or Python.
• Possess hands-on experience with BigData technologies such as Spark, ProtoBuf, and DBT.
• Familiarity with AWS and proficiency in tools like AirFlow, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills, coupled with a track record of being a team-builder, results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.
• Demonstrates creative and strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing effectively, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining composure in times of uncertainty and stress.
