Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leaders (HR Director, Talent Manager, VPs, Line Managers) to identify L&D needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Plan, deliver, and monitor a 12-month training schedule, balancing long-term planning with flexibility for business needs.
• Manage L&D budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Build relationships with external training providers to offer top-tier development programs for employees.
• Advise and support line managers in resolving performance issues through targeted training and coaching.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of L&D experience in managing corporate training

Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.

HR Operational Support

• Oversee general HR operations across assigned clinics, providing on-site and remote support to clinic managers and staff.
