• Prepare periodic documentation audit of the proof of payments of workers, CPF contributions, levy and dormitory
• Daily monitoring of workers whereabouts, ensure that they are not cross-deployed to other shipyards
• Check documents submitted by Sub-Contractors
• Maintain and update Sub-Contractors documents submitted for safety induction
• Verifying back charges issued by the other departments (Store, Maintenance, Production, Safety etc.) to Sub-Contractors and submit to Finance Department for billing
• Process and update approval process of works order
