Job Scope

• To assist in the drafting of customer agreements for the Group on a timely basis

Responsibilities

• Provide post-contract billing support by reviewing and determining billing requirements for entry into the Global Financial System (GFS) billing module.
• Take charge of client billing setup, process and generate invoices while ensuring compliance with billing cycles and contract terms, meeting client requirements.
• Utilize GFS queries and review Work in Progress (WIP) and other project reports to ensure prompt billing and completeness.
• Conduct credit reviews for new clients.
• Reconcile billing and revenue recognition processes in GFS to ensure proper application of revenue.
• Provide support for the Accounts Payable function.
• Participate in the month-end General Ledger (GL) close.
• Assist in year-end audits and tax filing as required.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Support audit, tax, month-end closing, and other related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or in the final stages of pursuing the ACCA.
• With relevant full set/partial set accounting experience.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft accounting software would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
