Job Description

• Prepare and monitor long-term and short-term inventory and procurement planning
• Ensure smooth material flow and sufficient quantity for production
• Responsible for the sourcing and purchasing of Raw & Packaging materials, semi-finished good, spare parts and office used equipments etc
• Liaise with various International and Local new suppliers to source for new products
• Manage good relationship with current suppliers
• Obtain the highest quality materials at competitive prices
• Negotiate for competitive price from few quotations
• Review and issue supplier / subcontractor evaluation report
• Ensure the purchasing system and procedure comply with the QMS and Food Safety programs
• Maintain and update ISO / HACCP / BRC documentations

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Business / Supply Chain
• Class 3 Driving License
• At least 2 years' of procurement experience in manufacturing industry
• Proficient in an ERP system, preferred with Business Central 365 (Microsoft Dynamic Nav)
• Good proficiency in Microsoft office
• A good team player, energetic and willing to work hard
• Good communication skill

REQUIREMENT

• Assist in annual operating plans and target for the department.
• Review sales & expenses budgets and evaluate periodically of the performance of the department and takes corrective actions as and when required.
• Working closely with operation department to ensure smooth and timely execution and achieve excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts with clients.
• Communicate with customer for the deployment of machines related issue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain clients’ accounts – accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, and invoicing.
2. Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts.
3. Assist in GST Filing and maintain proper filing of accounting statements and records.
4. Ensure the accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Liaise with clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters.
6. Take up additional duties to support the team.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Finance or Accountancy with at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in an accounting firm or shared services centre.
2. Sound analytical and meticulous in numbers.
3. Good communication with sound interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
4. Ability to work independently with strong accountability.
5. Experience working with accounting softwares for Quickbooks, XERO, etc is preferable.
